Pre-construction

DESIGN

• Facilitate the daily design work and supervise the design progress.
• Organize regular design meetings to communicate with the clients about the design process and supervise the execution of meeting minutes.
• Facilitate the communication among all parties and ensure the accurate understanding of the clients’ design requirements.
• Facility timely feedback and coordinate the verification and confirmation at each phase of the design process.
• Provide consulting services for design value engineering.

BIDDING AND PERMITTING

• Conduct due diligence for architects, general contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare the bidding documents , clarification,  and RFI.
• Assist the clients to review project documentation and evaluate contractual agreements with architects and general contractors from negotiation to final signing.
• Facilitate the submission of design documents and obtain construction permits.
• Evaluate the payment application for design fees and issue approvals for payments.
